ORDER PROCESS

  1. Initial Application:
    Please fill out the ORDER APPLICATION with your name, email address, and phone number. We will then send you the Order Request/Question Form.

     

  2. Form Submission:
    Complete the Order Request/Question Form by answering the questions. Please include your portrait photo and up to 10 related images that are significant to your story.

     

  3. Payment Processing:
    An invoice for payment via credit card will be sent. Work will not begin until payment is completed.

     

  4. Initial Draft Submission:
    A black-and-white draft will be prepared and delivered for review (typically within 10 days). Up to two rounds of revisions can be requested at this stage.

     

  5. Revisions and Refinement:
    Based on your feedback, revisions and detailed adjustments to the draft will be made.

     

  6. Color Draft Submission:
    A color version of the draft will be provided (usually within 10 days). Up to two additional rounds of revisions can be requested.

     

  7. Final Product Delivery:
    The finished work will be submitted (typically within 5 days). One final revision can be requested after reviewing the completed piece.

     

TERM OF SERVICE

  •  Please note that we do not accept revisions after delivery.

  •  We cannot be held responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the use of the delivered work.

  •  If there is no response from you for more than 72 hours, the order will be canceled. If a purchase has already been made, we will proceed with the work and consider it delivered.

  •  Please be aware that portions of the completed work may be used as samples on our website or social media.

  •  We reserve the right to decline requests that infringe on copyright or portrait rights, involve derivative works, or contain overly explicit or graphic content.

  • Copyright is not relinquished under any circumstances.
