The typical timeline for project completion is around 3 - 4 weeks, including initial drafts, revisions, and final delivery. Each draft stage generally takes about 8 -10 days.

At least one portrait photo and any relevant images related to your story (up to 10) should be submitted. Ensure that the images clearly show important details and are not blurred or pixelated.

Payment is made via credit card after the invoice is issued. Work will only start once payment has been confirmed.

You are allowed up to two revisions for both the black-and-white and color draft stages, and one final revision for the completed work.

Yes, additional revisions are possible with extra charges. Contact us for details regarding pricing for extra changes.

The final product is typically delivered in a high-resolution digital format such as PDF / JPEG. Specific format requests can be discussed before delivery.

Orders can be canceled up until the first draft is submitted. However, any work already completed will be billed accordingly, and refunds will be partial.

We do not accept projects that involve copyright or image rights violations, secondary creations, or content that is overly explicit or graphic. If in doubt, please consult with us beforehand.
